Senior Technical Specialist

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be part of the technology department supporting critical investment management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist

Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Range: $55 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support critical investment management systems through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and system documentation practices.

• Develop and maintain software using C#, Microsoft .NET, and SQL Server technologies.

• Create and optimize complex SQL queries for performance tuning.

• Design, develop, and deploy Crystal reports and/or SSRS reports.

• Collaborate with financial information partners to develop investment enabling interfaces.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting critical investment management systems.

• Proficient in C# and Object-Oriented development methodologies.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud hosted environments.

• Strong background in advanced Excel Macros, Add-ins, and MS Access.

• Demonstrated experience in Technical Project Management.
