Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one on one with a patient in the school setting. Patient is a 5 y/o male located in Woodstock, IL. He has a g-tube and seizure monitoring. Available hours: W/Th/Fri, 8a-6p (1-2 Saturdays a month, if possible.) Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
