(CSS) is seeking a Delegating Nurse that will provide community nursing services to individuals with autism and other severe developmental disabilities using a Delegating Nurse Model. Job duties: Train, authorize and supervise delegated nursing functions performed by certified medication technicians Determine and assess when nursing functions may be delegated and perform a review of those functions at least every 45 days to assess the clients health and wellness Oversee and monitor medications for all consumers Review monthly medication administration records Actively develop relationships with MBON, DDA, and MACS, etc., and use applicable regulations, Uphold policies and procedures to manage nursing functions for the agency Provide other health-related training to individuals and groups of employees Participate on interdisciplinary team meetings upon request Travel to residential sites in upper Montgomery County Adhere to agency policies and procedures, federal, state and local regulations and applicable standards promulgated by the Accreditation Council Oversee the monthly Psychiatric Clinic ( Monthly) and perform the Quality Assurance Function (Weekly)
