Description Pelvic Health therapist position and we are looking for experienced clinician with the appropriate credentials and specialty classwork to be able to treat Pelvic Health dysfunction. The Physical Therapist, as directed by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations, establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment, delegates specific treatments, determines appropriate equipment needs and performs discharge activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or D.P.T. in Physical Therapy Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: 3 months experience in either pediatrics, acute, orthopedics, neuro or lymphedema Why Join Providence?
