Description Speech Language Pathologist- SCS Home Health Schedule : Per Diem/On-call, Day Shift (32 hours each month) - four 8-hour shifts Location : Pierce and Thurston County Job Description: This is professional, clinical work involved in the planning and provision of treatment services to patients exhibiting communication disorders. Performance is evaluated by the Rehab Manager and/or designee through direct observation, written reports and consultation.
