The Opportunity

  • Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
  • 1-2 years of experience is required. New grads will be considered.
  • Current national certification and DEA is required.
  • Current OR state license is a plus.

The Practice

Bay Area Hospital – Coos Bay, Oregon

  • Level III Trauma Center with 127 licensed beds and helipad.
  • 25,000+ annual ED volume.
  • Admit rate of 14%.
  • Key services include podiatry, neurology, general surgery, Hospitalists, 24/7 MRI CT US, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, pediatrics, OB, ENT, urology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and a cath lab.
  • Recipient of The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for quality and patient safety.
