Work Dates Needed: Ongoing needs 2024 (Open ended / Medical leaves) Looking to staff 12 providers.
Preferred Schedule: Providers must be able to work 4/10's (full time) or a minimum of 20hrs (2x10's or 2/12's - part time) Monday's and Fridays required Must be able to commit to at least 3 months Hours: 7a-5p Mon-Tues, Thurs-Fri; Wed 8a-6p No call
Worksite Setting: Hospital; Southeastern Arizona
Scope of Work: CRNA's typically do 1 week main OR and 1 week GI (alternating) (Core Staff and Locums Staff); Generally patients are ASA III-V. CRNA's will staff Endo which is generally complex patients for general GI and advanced Endo procedures (ERCP's, Bronchoscopy, Double balloon). Site does staff Peds GI, which can be ASA I-IVs. CRNA staff almost all GYN, Spring, Ortho Trauma, General Bariatric, Vascular, Peds, ENT, Colorectal, Neuro, Podiatry, General Trauma, Cath Lab, and other offsite locations; CRNA's do not do Hearts, OB, and complex vascular like AAA's Thoracic, and Liver/Lung/Heart transplants. Level 3 trauma. 100 beds. Locums do not respond to in-house codes or are expected to provide backup for the ED.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license ( Prefer candidates with active AZ license, but will accept candidates with an active IMLC); Provide verified state license documentation; BLS; ACLS; Board Certified; Current CV; 3 references; Not accepting candidates with any disciplinary actions/malpractice claims; Exception: If the candidate is named in a group claim, an NPDB Self-Query is required to disclose.
