St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center Family Medicine in Maine is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding team. We are part of an integrated medical system comprising a 233-bed acute care community hospital, a group of primary care and specialty providers, urgent care and emergency department services, extensive behavioral and mental health facilities, and outpatient specialty practices. Opportunity Highlights: ï‚· Full-time position with a 4-day clinic work week, totaling 32 patient contact hours per week. ï‚· Flexible scheduling and remote capabilities for administrative tasks. ï‚· Reasonable expectation of patient volume, with a one-year ramp-up period. Minimum outpatient only call with after-hours nurse triage. ï‚· Work alongside caring and experienced support staff, making a meaningful impact on the health of the community. Industry standard staffing ratios that meet or exceed ratios driven by MGMA national and regional data. ï‚· Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 403b & 457 Retirement Plans with company match, $4K yearly CME allowance, Paid Time Off, and more. ï‚· Comprehensive compensation package consisting of $280,000 base salary, $20,000 sign-on Bonus, Up to $20,000 year Medical Education Loan Reimbursement for the term of the loan, and Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance.
