Position Overview: An immediate opportunity is available for a Care Lead in Muskegon, MI This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate leader who is looking to guide a team of caregivers and provide top-tier services to individuals in need. As the Care Lead, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of caregiving activities, ensuring quality care, and fostering a positive environment for patients and staff alike.

Essential Duties:
  • Supervise and lead a team of caregivers in delivering personalized patient care
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, ensuring high-quality care
  • Conduct caregiver training, development, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare guidelines and patient care standards
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Communicate effectively with patients' families and medical professionals
  • Oversee scheduling and ensure all care shifts are filled appropriately
  • Address any concerns or challenges faced by caregivers, resolving issues promptly
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in caregiving and leadership/supervisory roles
  • Strong understanding of caregiving procedures, healthcare standards, and compliance
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and driven to make a positive impact
  • Experience with patient assessments and care plan development
  • Relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, or similar) are a plus
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and passionate about patient care
