Outpatient Physical Therapist

Part Time 4pm - 9pm

Physical Therapist must be able to:
  • Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care to patients of various populations including: pre-surgical, post-surgical, orthopedics, etc.
  • Develop assessments and create a customized treatment plan that meets patient needs and goals
  • Complete reassessments and adjust patient treatment plans as needed
  • Manage full case load of up to 4 patients per hour
  • Supervise PT aides throughout the work day in assisting patients with therapeutic exercises
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation through EMR System
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals regarding patient plan of care as needed
  • Communicate all pertinent information regarding patients plan of care to the appropriate sectors
Skills must include:
  • Proven work history as a physical therapist
  • Must possess a valid Drivers License and NJ state license to practice physical therapy
  • Experience with MVA/WC insurances
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional behavior, personable demeanor
