Family Medicine Opportunity - Owatonna, MN

OMC is expanding to Owatonna, MN We are looking for three (3) part-time outpatient only Family Medicine physicians for our clinic.

Practice in a setting where you and your colleagues will (continue to) expand our comprehensive services. Olmsted Medical Center (OMC) is an organization that is well established with over 75 years of providing great care. You will have the opportunity to work in a community-based practice with over 200 providers in over 35 specialties. Seeking clinicians who are prepared to continue our mission of partnering for better health and better lives of our patients and ourselves.
  • Great work/life dynamic with an outpatient clinic, within a Monday - Friday schedule
  • 0.8 FTE or 0.6 FTE (flexibility to work various shifts - 8, 10, 12 - hour days)
  • No Call. Call is supported by a 24x7 hospitalist group
  • Over thirty-five (35) specialty services in Rochester as a resource/referrals
  • Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan

Olmsted Medical Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has been southeastern Minnesota s hometown healthcare provider since 1949. OMC has over 1,300 healthcare professionals (which includes 193 clinicians) serving at over 22 locations, including two multi-specialty clinics, a primary care/walk-in clinic at Miracle Mile, a Level IV trauma hospital with 24-hour emergency room, a Skyway Clinic in downtown Rochester, and 11 community branch clinics.
