We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations. You will be working with state-of-the-art equipment and will be responsible for assisting in the development and improvement of our manufacturing processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience using torque and hand tools to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
2. Utilize torque and hand tools to assemble or disassemble components as required.
3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and resolve any potential issues.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements.
5. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Assist in the training of new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
8. Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar role within the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience with torque tools and hand tools is essential.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex machinery and systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
8. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within the manufacturing environment.
9. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required.
