BluePearl Pet Hospital in Malvern, PA is hiring an exceptional Part-Time Radiology Veterinary Technician .

Pay: $21.00 - $43.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through CareerTrax leveling system .

**** Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience****

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.

*Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

For example:

  • Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential

  • Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential

  • Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential

​As a Radiology Technician you will perform advance diagnostic testing, such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), nuclear imaging, digital fluoroscopy, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

As a Radiology Technician , you will:

  • You prepare patients for ultrasound.

  • Your safely restrain patients for procedures.  

  • You place intravenous catheters in all peripheral veins.  

  • You perform phlebotomy.  

  • You prepare slides for cytology.  

  • You proficiently perform digital radiographs.  

  • You monitor patients during anesthesia or while sedated.  

  • You will perform advanced imaging such as CT scans and MRI procedures.  

  • You have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.

  • You have patience and empathy to address client concerns.
