Senior Technical Accountant

Vaco is working with a specialty manufacturing company in the healthcare industry located in the Cherry Hill area that is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant. We are looking for someone who has a very strong technical background with GAAP and has done some SEC reporting. We need someone who has been hands on preparing the 10Q and 10K reports along with 8K announcements. This person will also drive the month end close and lead budgeting and forecasting activities as well. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with several revenue producing products already in the market and a strong pipeline in development. Base salary is up to 140,000 for the right person plus a 10% bonus and a good 401k match plan. This is a very hybrid role with only one day in the office per week.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
