Production and Assembly

Description ###### Join the BluePrint Engines team as a Production and Assembly - 1st Shift employee in Kearney, NE. We are a fast-growing leader in high-performance engines for the hot rod industry, and we're looking for motivated and dependable individuals to help us maintain our success. In this role, you'll work in a clean, air-conditioned, and heated facility, performing various tasks to ensure the quality of our products. Responsibilities Perform work tasks as assigned by the supervisor Follow work instructions to maintain product quality Monitor equipment and notify the supervisor of any malfunctions Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Complete required paperwork Maintain a clean and safe work area This position requires standing for long periods of time. Qualifications No prior experience required; we are willing to train motivated and dependable individuals Previous experience in manufacturing and engine knowledge is a plus, but not required Compensation Pay range: $17.50 - $21/hour Hours 1st shift(standard 48-hour work week, automatic overtime built into each Friday) Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Additional overtime could include Fridays until 4:30 p.m. and/or Saturdays 6:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401K Vacation and personal days 7 paid holidays Flex-Cafeteria plans Employee discounts BluePrint Engines is an equal opportunity employer.
