About the Role:

The Parts Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. This position involves transporting automotive parts to various locations, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The driver will be responsible for managing delivery schedules and routes to optimize time and fuel usage. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of deliveries and handling any customer inquiries related to their orders. Ultimately, the Parts Delivery Driver contributes significantly to the overall success of our consumer support services by ensuring that parts are delivered safely and on time.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and terminology.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport automotive parts to designated locations.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival.
  • Load and unload parts, ensuring that they are secured and protected during transit.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts and customer signatures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
