Verovian Healthcare Recruitment Agency seeks a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Telemetry team in Everett, Washington.

The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in our telemetry unit. Whether working day or night shifts, you will be part of a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care, ensuring safety, and improving outcomes.

  • Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using advanced telemetry equipment.
  • Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and execute appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, ensuring patient safety.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, telemetry monitoring, and ongoing care requirements.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, initiating interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and critical thinking in a fast-paced telemetry unit.
Candidate requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry, cardiac, or critical care settings. Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required. Strong clinical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on patient safety. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to work rotating day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
