What is Required?
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Current State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
- 1 year of nursing experience working in a hospital or facility
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
- Home Health (Adults and Geriatrics)
- HCHB
You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Administrator
