Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate metal and wood sign cabinets and components according to precise dimensional drawings.
• Prepare and paint surfaces using two-part paint, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Work with aluminum and steel, demonstrating abilities in both TIG and MIG welding.
• Proficiently use power tools such as table saws, miter saws, routers, shapers, planers, and band saws.
• Install, connect, and test low-voltage wiring, lighting, and controls.
• Responsible for installing the fabricated products as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required on job sites.
• Utilize technology for project status tracking, familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fabrication experience required (ask us if your experience qualifies)
• Experience with HVLP paint tools and techniques.
• Ability to perform repetitive actions using various body parts.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a workshop environment, handling tasks that require precision and attention to detail.
• Basic technology skills - familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen on day 1.
• Background screening.

Ideal Candidates will also Possess:

• Extreme reliability and consistency.
• Prior experience in a similar fabrication role.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.

Compensation: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
