We are seeking a positive, service oriented, quality focused, goal driven individual to deliver world class care for our residents. Our future Wound Care Nurse will:

Have a current LPN or RN license in the State of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered or License Practical Nurse

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites & PCC

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Be adaptable to change with a positive attitude

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required

Experience

One year of experience in a long term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred

Credentials

Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered or License Practical Nurse

Duties

Weekly assessments as scheduled, documentation must be accurate, timely, and concise.

Works with the team to ensure that care is completed and appropriate documentation is completed.

Reviews care plans of each patient, making changes as the patient's condition or plan of care changes.
