Job Summary:

Provides custodial and cleaning services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Completes routine cleaning and maintenance of Clear Channel structures and sites. Tasks may include:
  • Changing glass, installing glass
  • Perform general structural maintenance and repairs.
  • Painting shelters, removing graffiti or other product presentation.
  • Uses company-issued equipment/systems to read work instructions and input data upon completion of the jobs
  • Works safely in accordance with federal, state, local regulations as well as company policy.
  • Operating a tractor, chain saw, weed eater or other light maintenance equipment.
  • Completes light Branch Facility maintenance, cleaning, carpentry, painting, repairs (e.g., lighting, plumbing), and preventative maintenance.
  • Reports landlord or property owner complaints.
  • Assists in Mill Shop with 3D or other large projects.
  • Mowing, trimming trees and brush cutting.
  • Disposes of trash/garbage in accordance with facility and community schedule, accepts and transports deliveries, assists in inventory control, provides back-up in emergency safety situations, and other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Education

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience

  • 1+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with minor electrical, plumbing and building repair a plus.

Skills

  • Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Is proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read & speak English.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Has high work standards and attention to detail.
  • Able to competently complete appropriate documentation and reports.
  • Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.
  • Able to competently complete required math calculations (e.g, add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Certifications

  • Valid driver's license, CDL Class preferred.

California Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00
