VCA Desert Dunes Animal hospital is seeking a full-time, experienced associate veterinarian to join our team

For more than 25 years we have been caring for pets in the Palm Spring Area we are specifically located in Bermuda Dunes Ca centered in-between La Quinta and Palm Desert. Our office is a state-of-the-art hospital with diverse and stimulating caseloads. Most of our Technicians and doctors have been here for more that 10-15 years

Our exam room nurses, are assigned to a specific doctor and act as the doctor's sole room assistant the doctors are also paired up with a floating assistant for any walk in or drop off. Our goal is to provide a healthy culture and a positive working environment for the entire team Our hospital wellness room is a great place where we can go in and do some yoga, meditation, exercise or just a quit place to regroup we practice being caring, capable and connected.

Our facility has all the necessary diagnostic tools to provide the highest quality medicine possible. We have an in-house laboratory with our qualified lab technicians who have been at VCA Desert Dunes for over 10 years, plus we have a digital radiology suite, dental radiology, in-house ultrasound, telemedicine for radiography. We have a beautiful designed hospital with one of the best employee's lounge rooms in this region. We feature a spacious surgery suite, six exam rooms including a room for end-of-life services and much more.

The Desert area is a great place to live We have some of the most beautiful golf courses, excellent restaurants, art and culture, community events, professional tennis arena, and we have some amazing hiking and running trails. We also have Acrisure Arena it is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the unincorporated community of Palm Desert in California. The arena opened in December 2022 on 43.35 acres of land in the Coachella Valley this arena holds many concerts, professional sports and much more

VCA Animal Hospitals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, pet care discounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick days, health and well-being programs that provide resources and training.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 to $180,000. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
