Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and unrestricted license in state of Illinois
• Ability to practice comprehensive dentistry and continue learning to meet patient needs
• Credentialing with dental insurance plans

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of clinical experience
• Invisalign Certification is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions
