- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance recovery and promote autonomy.
- Document patient care plans and progress accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal care outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid California OT license.
- Experience: Previous SNF experience preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
