Job Description Founded in 1921, Straub Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. As a Dietician, you will provide nutrition, weight management and diabetes management instruction for client groups and individuals, employees or the community. You will also provide blood cholesterol, glucose and body fat assessments and help to produce public relations information regarding health and nutrition for different departments within the organization. We are looking for someone with outstanding educational and patient service skills who shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
