We are searching for experienced warehouse fresh room, dock and freezer associates who can help us achieve our planned growth by providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: High energy and enthusiastic. High school diploma or equivalent required, excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communications skills required; ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work individually and as a part of a team; must have a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented; mature, professional attitude; must have a consistent work history and excellent safety record. Forklift certification a plus. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must be able to work in cold and wet environment.

Duties include:

  • Receiving and unloading of incoming product
  • Inspects fresh product returns and ensures proper handling.
  • Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
  • Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
  • Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
  • inventory - verify count, product, and put away
  • Order pulling - bulk pull product, order assembly, order staging
  • Staging and Loading trucks for next day delivery
  • High level of accuracy and detail oriented
  • Labeling packages, shipments etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager

This is a Full-time position with competitive pay depending on experience, competitive benefit package to include:401(k), Paid Vacation Time, Paid Sick Time, and Paid Personal Days.
