PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the reconciliation of unclaimed property account.
  • Handle GL tax reconciliation.
  • Consolidate tax compliance data for internal sources
  • File indirect tax returns on schedule (including multi-state sales & use tax returns)
  • Analyze tax information and respond to tax auditors

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred
  • 2 years prior experience in indirect tax research is preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Must have audit preparation and account reconciliation experience
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Efficient organization skills with great attention to detail.
