- 12 or 24-hr shifts
• Patient Volume:

- Fac 1: 10

- Fac 2: 22
• Patient Demographics: Peds & Neonates
• Delivery Room Volume: High

- Fac 1: 3,000

- Fac 2: 4,500
• Support Staff: 5 NICU RNs, 13 NP/PAs
• Physicians in Practice: 15 Neonatal physicians as partners only of the facility; They do the daily check ins w/ patients.
• Mid-levels in Practice: 13 NNPs
• Duties:

- NNP has patients on their service but are a lot of unit-based support, attend deliveries & do all procedures.

- Required to supervise other healthcare providers.
• Required Procedures: IP Acute Care
• NICU Level: III (Both faci)
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:

- Looking for providers who have significant availability to help.

- Fac 1 has the smaller & sicker patients; a little bit more intensive than Fac 2.

- Fac 2 is usually a 24-hr shift as it is less intensive.

- 2 facilities
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available:
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active OR License
• BC/BE
• NRP
• DEA
• Local (preferred)
• Experience working in delivery rooms (preferred)
