San Antonio Winery is looking for part time Winery Courtesy Clerk's to support with the Wine Shop. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about customers and enjoys a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment

  • Courtesy Clerk will offer to help customers with loading bags into their car
  • Perform basic shelf conditioning, stocking, and cleaning
  • Inform customers of current specials
  • Return merchandise to store shelves
  • Clean spills, collect and pick up trash inside the store and parking lot
  • Clean all areas inside and outside of store
  • Understand the store's layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers
  • Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identifying unsafe conditions, accidents, or issues and notify store management
  • Adheres to all food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notifying appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair
  • Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store
  • Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelines
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays
  • Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs.; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitively
  • A friendly attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Must be a Team Player, reliable, & dependable
  • Must be able to stand for long period of time
  • Must Maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

$17.50-$17.50 USD
