Join our team as a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) and play a vital role in providing physical, spiritual, and emotional support to patients and their families during their time of need. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to make a lasting difference in people's lives every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior
  • Act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family, and hospice team
  • Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to the patient's family
  • Empower patient's caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to provide comfort, peace, and dignity
  • Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care
  • Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
  • Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Current CPR certification
