Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy.

upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.

upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

For Autism/Children’s Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

All Other Departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree Or higher in Physical Therapy.

About the Team
Providence has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1856 when Mother Joseph and four other Sisters of Providence arrived in Vancouver, Washington Territory.
