Sales Associate

Full-time

As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers. You will be tasked with promoting and selling our products/services, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers ample opportunities for professional growth, with a commission-based compensation structure and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored product/service recommendations.

  2. Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

  4. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.

  5. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

  6. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or similar environment.

  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  3. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or related field is a plus.
