Becker & Company is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. If you are a creative and driven individual with a passion for marketing, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.

As the Marketing Coordinator, your role is pivotal in enhancing our visibility and driving the nationwide growth and success of our company. This role involves a variety of essential Duties and Responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement marketing strategies to attract top talent and clients
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels and other marketing materials
  • Manage company Social Media Accounts: LinkedIn.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Build and manage marketing activity reports and metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Be a self-starter with a desire to excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Availability to work up to 30 hours a week, with flexible scheduling options.

This position is open to be a full-time or Part time position in our Bridgeville office. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employment including but limited to PTO, 401(k), and healthcare. Becker & Company is a nationwide provider of investigative services.
