Job Summary
As a vital leader in our organization reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will oversee a portfolio of initiatives focused on commercial, productivity, process improvements, and systems implementations aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and customer experience, as well as fostering management and staff development.
Your role will prioritize improving franchisee satisfaction and optimizing the SERVPRO brand, which currently supports 450+ corporate users and over 2,200 franchises. You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that transformational projects and outcomes align with our business strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy
- Collaborate with executive leadership to select and implement high-priority transformation projects.
- Conduct annual reviews of the SERVPRO strategic plan with senior leadership and the board to ensure alignment on the project roadmap.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the enterprise project portfolio to optimize project sequencing and outcomes.
- Utilize Lean principles to identify innovative improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Governance
- Organize multiple enterprise initiatives into a cohesive and prioritized portfolio with careful oversight from a Steering Team.
- Manage the intake of new initiatives in collaboration with the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan.
- Work with the CFO and CTO to establish operational KPIs and financial targets for initiatives.
- Identify and manage interdependencies across initiatives.
- Leverage technology to boost communication and accountability, promoting alignment and managing resistance to change across the organization.
Execution
- Define and implement problem-solving and project management methodologies to enhance Servpro's operational agility.
- Partner with the IT PMO to ensure disciplined project deployment.
- Collaborate with business leaders to recruit and manage project leaders for key initiatives.
- Facilitate continuous evaluation of processes in relation to customer needs.
Organizational Alignment
- Model Servpro's core values to promote process discipline and engagement.
- Communicate goals and objectives of transformation activities with ongoing measurement of results.
- Integrate change management strategies into all project plans.
- Encourage knowledge sharing across departments and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and address capability gaps within the organization.
- Foster an accountable, success-oriented environment.
- Develop lasting partnerships with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work at SERVPRO's headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of experience in program and project management or consulting, ideally in restoration and property mitigation sectors.
- Deep expertise in Lean methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives from strategy to delivery.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong track record in program management.
- Exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and communication abilities.

- Adaptability and proficiency in change management.
