Lead Deep Learning Engineer

Position Overview: As the Lead Deep Learning Engineer, you will spearhead our efforts in developing and implementing state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms. You'll lead a team of talented engineers, guiding them in designing and deploying complex deep learning solutions across various domains. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of deep learning engineers, setting technical direction, defining best practices, and driving innovation in deep learning technologies.
- Solution Architecture: Design and architect deep learning solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Model Development: Develop and implement advanced deep learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems, with a focus on computer vision, natural language processing, and autonomous systems.
- Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and augment datasets to train deep learning models, ensuring data quality and diversity.
- Model Training and Optimization: Train deep learning models using large-scale datasets, optimizing for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Model Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of deep learning models using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, iterating and refining models as needed.
- Deployment: Deploy deep learning models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of deep learning models and systems, leveraging techniques such as distributed computing and GPU acceleration.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in deep learning research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance deep learning solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in deep learning engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying deep learning solutions.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and expertise in deep learning frameworks and libraries.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms, with hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
- Experience with computer vision, natural language processing, or autonomous systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex deep learning challenges.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
