What does a Restoration Foreman with Paul Davis do?

BASIC FUNCTIONS: The role of the Foreman is to direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force including technicians, subcontractors, and other production-related personnel. The Foreman will collaborate with Reconstruction Supervisors, Client Care Coordinators and Estimators in the supervision and responsibility of the total production efforts in accordance with scope, budget, quality, and schedule. The ultimate responsibility is to collaborate with their Paul Davis Squad to deliver Quality Jobs on Budget (QJOBs) consistently. The Reconstruction Foreman will take direction from multiple people including Reconstruction Supervisor, Client Care Coordinator, Restoration Estimator and Squad Leader. Direct report is the squad leader who is the ultimate decision maker on the foreman’s schedule. This role is 25% hands on, 75% of your time will be spent meeting with customers, tradespeople, and subcontractors, also completing administrative items, phone calls, site visits, and daily huddles, and production meetings as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.

Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R

Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.

Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
