Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Rehabilitation and Fitness Services position in our beautiful, gated community in Boca Raton.
- In-house program
- Primarily a management position
- Salary with 65-75% therapist productivity benchmarks
- No mandated group treatment for therapists
- Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs
- State-of-the-art rehab gyms
- Multiple patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and home health
- Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred
- For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required
- Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
- Minimum of one year' management experience
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
