Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop tools and models using tool & die and die stamping techniques.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their tooling needs and develop solutions to meet these requirements.
  • Maintain, repair, and modify existing models and tools to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Utilize advanced tooling tech to create efficient and user-friendly tools.
  • Test and validate tools and models to ensure their reliability and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support to the team in the use of tools and models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tool & die technologies and trends, and implement them as appropriate to improve our financial modeling capabilities.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the design and development of tools and models.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in tool & die, die stamping, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a tool maker or tooling tech.
  • Strong knowledge of tooling technologies and techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design and develop complex tools and models.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
