Product Manager This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office), 1-2 times per week. The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations. The Product Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of new products within existing market/product lines. How you will make an impact: Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products. Recommends and implements long term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles. Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development. Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies. Develop, track, and monitor budget and spending. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: MBA preferred. Health or managed care experience preferred. Product Lifecyle Management experience preferred. PBM knowledge a plus.
