Minimum Qualifications:
• CDL-A License
• Two years tractor trailer driving experience
• Six months verifiable metals hauling experience
• Safe driving record

That means time of day, your preferred lanes, and how much you want to work. Our pay is competitive, consistent, and transparent. Ultimately, it is the relationships we build with drivers that is why so many work with us for so long.
Our business model gets our drivers home every night and pays them at the top end for flatbed freight. We achieve this balance because our owners are actively managing our operation, keeping us efficient and troubleshooting issues for drivers in real time. We have the customer base to ensure our drivers get the work they want at rewarding rates because of our reputation as safe and reliable.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FOR A COMPANY DRIVER?
• 26%-30% revenue sharing of each load
• Weekly settlement

• Safety bonuses of up to $1,000 per year plus $100 for each clean inspection

WHERE DO RED CAP DRIVERS LIVE?
Our local drivers tend to live all over Southeastern Michigan and as far north as Flint. Our regional drivers live throughout Ohio and Michigan.

Yes. If you are an experienced CDL-A driver, we have opportunities for you to train in how to haul steel.
