Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Document Control Clerk in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Logging vouchers into accounting system to provide document tracking for invoices
- Disseminating and tracking vouchers to project officers for administrative approval
- Inputting critical voucher information into system, as applicable, to permit ultimate payment
- Identifying and communicating deficiencies in invoice submissions by vendors and employees
- Preparing the necessary documentation and tracking stop-payments on undelivered checks and/or obtaining copies of canceled checks to support contention of payment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience with government payments, receiving, controlling, and inputting vital information from the invoice to permit ultimate payment
- Must be eligible for a Tier 1 Public Trust clearance
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Understanding of Treasury's Bureau of Fiscal Service regulations and guidelines
- Working Knowledge of payroll as it pertains to Personal Services Contracts
- Excellent attention to details
