DUTIES:

  1. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all assembly roles, responsibilities, and procedures.
  2. Assists with the execution of EOL/FAM testers, front seat inspections, rear seat inspections, front seat steam and finesse, front row and 2nd row repair, and blind audit.
  3. Assist in problem solving on non-conformances that are detected.
  4. Demonstrates knowledge of MBUSI specifications and quality requirements.
  5. Ensures quality conforms to requirements; workmanship standards, work instructions, engineering documents, and thorough testing are used to assess the conformance of the product, and non-conformances are either immediately repaired and re-inspected, or identified and segregated from conforming product.
  6. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Physical Ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences among sets of letters, numbers, objects, pictures, or patterns.
  2. Physical Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
  3. Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
  4. Physical ability to read and see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  5. Ability to self-manage time and work pace under minimal supervision while maintaining varying production requirements.
  6. Physical Ability to identify or detect a known pattern (a figure, object, word, or sound) that is hidden in other distracting material.
  7. Physical Ability to concentrate on a given tasks and not be distracted.

  2. Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
  3. Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
  4. Ability to self-manage time and work place under minimal supervision while maintaining varying production requirements.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Physical Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Physical Ability to walk frequently to all plant locations.
  • Physical Ability to read and see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • Physical Ability to detect color of material components.
  • Physical Ability to frequently sit, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, twist, reach and grasp.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
