We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Security team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Security Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting security system installations and managing physical security programs on a global basis, ensuring the safety and security of our offices.

We will count on you to:

  • Support security system installations in new or relocated offices, including implementations of Victor Unified Client, SecuriThings, Software House C*Cure 9000, and Business Intelligence Reporting tools (BIRS).
  • Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of electronic access control, CCTV, and alarm monitoring systems.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments of local offices to ensure compliance with security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for investigations and audits, including generating Access Control Reports and maintaining system logs.
  • Troubleshoot security workstations and manage incident tickets for the Physical Security Group.

What you need to have:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a security systems administration role or related field, with hands-on experience in electronic access control and CCTV systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using security management software such as C*Cure 9000 and Victor Unified Client, along with experience in data reporting tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively coach colleagues and liaise with facilities management.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to changing security needs.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $78,000 to $156,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
