MAPFRE is looking for highly talented, motivated and results-oriented recent college graduates with drive, determination and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment to enter into its Next Level IT Talent Program as a Programmer Analyst. This position will start in June 2024. You will join our application development teams and become our future technical and Programmer analyst leads. By working on strategic initiatives in our strongest business lines, you will have exposure to mission critical changes that will help grow and maintain MAPFRE’s leadership in the Massachusetts insurance market.
