THE JOB:

As a Clerk Mutuel, you will contribute to fabulous guest experiences with your welcoming smile and superior service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Write, verify, and make payments on tickets for race and sports wagers

• Ensure compliance to applicable jurisdictional gaming statues and regulations

• Maintain a cash bank, accept payments and making correct change when necessary

• Verify tickets and payoffs

• Make payments on winning tickets in an accurate and timely manner

• Create and enter player tracking cards

• Ensure the protection of customer's rewards and adherence to credit lines

• Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and procedures to guests

• Notify management of escalated or prevalent guest issues/concerns and any apparent suspicious activity

• Stock Race & Sports book Writer/Cashier's stations; keep all stations neat and clean

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age

• Currently holds a NV Gaming license or has the ability to obtain one

• Customer service experience

• Experience in high volume cash handling

• Sports knowledge is a bonus

• Ability to work a variety of shifts which can include weekends and holidays

Full Time

STARTING PAY RATE:

$17.00 +tips
