Required Skillsets
  • Broad understanding of Windows 10 and mobile operating systems
  • Deep experience with Azure virtual desktop as well as VDI technologies such as Citrix XenDesktop
  • Experience in designing / building / operating a Windows Virtual desktop environment
  • Deep level experience with design, build and operating Microsoft Intune and device provisioning using Windows Autopilot
  • Ability to design, build and operate of a modern desktop management environment and work within the Agile Product Development methodology
  • 2+ years of experience in provisioning, migrating, and managing end user computing and related services
  • Experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, systems management
  • Provide technical engineering support across our enterprise for virtual operating platforms
  • Strong communicator - Must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization and articulate details of a solution, problem or initiative in both a technical and non technical context
  • positive, collaborative, "Can do" attitude is required
Additional skillsets that would be great to have
  • Specific knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SCCM and/ or Tanium
  • Application of AI technologies that drive out insights in the End User compute space which result in efficiency, or user experience enhancements
