The Position: We are looking for professional, hardworking, enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team. The Nursery Technician is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of propagation operations by performing labor work duties in coordination with the Nursery Manager and Team Leads. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the quality of all manufactured productsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentEnsure that clones are ready for transplantMove clones from clone room to flower room on the day of transplantMaintain a clean and organized work environmentDay-to-day plant maintenance including pruning and trellisingKeep veg, flower, and dry rooms immaculate and fully operational.Sweep & mop floorsRemove all leaves from traysRemove and log waste at the end of each dayTrack and record all plant data as directedTransplant plantsTake part in overall facility cleanlinessMaking cuts during cloning processEnsure that each tray of cuts is properly labeled and accounted forHelp with keeping an updated layout of the Propagation roomClean and charge liftsReport leaks and faulty equipmentTake part in overall facility cleanlinessComplete any tasks assigned by the Director of Operations, Cultivation & Systems Manager, or Team Lead Qualifications: Great interpersonal/communication skillsDetail-orientedHave genuine and positive energyGreat work ethic, reliability, and professionalismExcellent listening skillsCannabis knowledge preferredKnowledge of Plumbing and Electrical a plus
