• Hospital Privileges Available: yes
• Temp Privileges Required: yes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active WA license
• BC
• ACLS, BLS
• Fellowship
