Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location(s): Richmond, VA

As product manager, you'll:
  • Take part in an organization that is on an exciting and fast paced journey to transform risk management through technology.
  • Seek feedback from users and work with business leaders to Client unmet needs to inform your product strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage and reimagine a suite of Operational Risk Management products in support of risk oversight programs, risk advisory & challenge functions and oversight.
  • Lead an integrated cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, and business SMEs to design and build innovative solutions.
  • Be a thought leader in how we might leverage Machine Learning and AI to drive proactive, real-time risk management.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
  • 1+ year managing a data product
