**NEED TO FILL IMMEDIATELY**

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified, compassionate and experienced individual to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in Skilled Nursing, detail oriented, aware of surroundings, meticulous at taking notes/charting, and able to follow and/or help develop client care plans. This will include the  responsibility of performing In home Initial Assessments & Reassessments for our clients

Assignments vary based on client location (Atlanta Metropolitan & Surrounding Counties)

Schedule: Mon-Sat 7a-7p (times & days varies-flexibility encouraged)

Job Description:

 Initial Assessment, Re-Assessment, Skilled Nursing Visits (RN only)

Re-Assessments (RN & LPN)

Pay:

$45/hr-- RN

$35/hr--LPN

Contractor: 1099

**Pays travel time**

Flexibility in Scheduling**

Requirements to start:

Active RN/LPN license

BLS/First Aid
TB test results

Nurse Competency 

MUST provide excellent service and care to our patients

Day shift – Monday to Friday (flexible)

Experience:

License/Certification: Valid DL, First Aid/CPR/RN

4 years experience caring for Geriatric community in Homecare/Healthcare setting

Work Location: On the road/In Client Home

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

Take pride in providing high quality care
